Admin Coordinator (Education) | GOVT - GW

Highlights:

  • Contract duration: 12mths contract
  • Salary range: $2300 - $3000 (based on experience and education)
  • Working location: Braddell MRT
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6pm (hybrid available)

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree holder
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience and stakeholder management experience.
  • Proficiency in Arabic Language to review Arabic document will be advantageous.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of new programs and initiatives.
  • Support in the coordination of monthly offered moudles.
  • Coordinate the development of various modules, ensuring it is aligned with existing frameworks.
  • Propose and develop suitable topics for modules.
  • Data migration and databse management duties.
  • Other duties as assigned.
