ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Executive, HR & Admin to join our team. You will oversee various HR & administrative tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding and off-boarding, office administration and employee relations. If you have a strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to addressing HR needs, we invite you to apply and contribute to our company's success in nurturing a positive and productive work environment.
· Provide full spectrum of HR functions which include Talent Acquisition for the region(s), salary proposal aligning with market rate, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, succession planning, talent management, compensation & benefits and general administration.
· Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local labour laws and regulations.
· Regularly review and update HR policies to reflect changes in legislation and best practices.
· Manage employee relations issues and facilitate employee conflict resolution, disciplinary and grievance processes.
· Support on the annual compensation reviews, consolidating and reviewing submissions at the regional level, and analysing the overall data.
· Prepare submission to government agencies, such as CPF, IRAS, FWL, NS claims, Government Paid leave claims and etc.
· Payroll administration and preparation of monthly payroll payouts and salary reports
· Handling of company insurances (Group Medical, Workmen Injury Compensation, Vehicle Insurance, Fire Insurance).
· Provide secretarial support to President – travel arrangements, calendars, appointments scheduling, claim & etc.
· Support events and festival celebrations execution.
· Willing to travel for work purposes
· Any other HR related matters assigned.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
· Possess Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a focus in learning and development, talent management, recruitment, and HR policy compliance.
· Strong sense of urgency, high adaptability, resourceful and independent mindset.
· Well versed in Singapore Employment Act and HR practices
· Team player and self-driven, with a passion to make a positive impact to the organization
· Able to work in a fast paced and results oriented environment.
