Job Purpose
- To drive to meet or exceed revenue targets through developing new business leads.
Principal Accountabilities
- Identify key customer’s needs and map the customer’s needs to the products and services that the company can offer.
- Develop potential business opportunities by understanding market conditions, customer segments, regulatory, economics, cultures and sustainability-related initiatives.
- Develop sales strategies and tactics, set sales targets and proceed to exceed targets.
- Market company’s entire range of products and services and prospects for customers in country and region.
- Provide market feedback on competitive offerings and product development ideas.
Upkeep good relationship with Suppliers and Customers.
Education
- Tertiary Education, Preferably with Electronics Engineering background.
Experience
- At least 3 yrs Sales experience for Wireless Communications and RF Microwave and/or semiconductor in either AeroSpace & Defence, Institutions, Manufacturing, Broadcasting and Telecommunication industries
- Fresh graduates with wireless communication/RF Microwave background will be considered for Specialist role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in using SAP and Sales tools such as Hub Spot prefer but not a primary requirement Business Intelligent Tools such as Power BI will be added advantage.
