**Job Responsibilities:**
- Provide support to Finance Operations across various projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to draft project requirements for upcoming initiatives.
- Develop test cases based on project specifications.
- Conduct testing to ensure successful project implementation.
- Assist in documenting and reporting project progress.
- Support Finance Operations as needed for ongoing initiatives.
**Job Requirements/Qualifications:**
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business.
- Strong foundation in finance operations and accounting, with a solid understanding of internal controls and business processes.
- Strong work ethic, high attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently within tight deadlines.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and macros.
- A team player with a keen attention to detail and a strong willingness to learn.
