What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sourcing and screening candidates for contract and project-based roles across multiple sectors.
- Managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a high-volume recruitment environment, ensuring candidates are aligned with client expectations.
- Building a strong candidate pipeline of pre-qualified contractors ready for immediate deployment when urgent staffing needs arise.
- Preparing candidates for interviews and helping them navigate client expectations.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their contract staffing needs and ensure successful placements.
- Negotiating offers and managing candidate expectations around contract terms, salary, and counter-offers.

- Minimum Diploma Holders
- CEI (basic, non-FDW) preferred
- Experience in recruitment a plus
