Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, display advertising, social media, and email marketing.
  • Optimization: Leverage AI and data analytics to optimize campaign performance,targeting, and conversion rates.
  • Content Development: Craft and manage content strategies, creating high-quality posts, articles, and thought leadership pieces to strengthen brand presence.
  • Asset Creation: Design and produce marketing materials such as emails, presentations, social media graphics, and videos using AI tools.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Campaign Optimization: Refine campaigns to enhance traffic, engagement, lead generation, and customer retention.
  • Trend Analysis: Identify industry trends and insights to optimize budget allocation and maximize ROI.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with team members to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with broader marketing campaigns and brand objectives.
  • SEO and Website Management: Assist in SEO implementation and website management to improve search rankings and drive site traffic.
  • Tool Awareness: Stay current with emerging AI tools, digital marketing platforms, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum Diploma in marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong grasp of marketing communications and design principles.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
    • Hands-on experience with digital advertising campaigns and budget management.
    • Familiarity with modern AI digital marketing tools.
    • Exceptional strategic thinking, organizational, and time management skills.
    • Strong editorial and copywriting abilities in English.
    • Capable of multitasking, working efficiently under tight deadlines, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills, and analytical capabilities.
