My client is a well-known brand in the luxury retail space and they are seeking an experienced Retail Trainer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging training programs to store teams, enhancing customer service excellence, and promoting product knowledge.
You will play a key role in ensuring that our employees provide an outstanding customer experience in line with the brand's values and high standards.
Salary: Up to $6,500
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs on customer service, product knowledge, and brand values.
- Conduct training workshops and on-the-floor coaching for retail staff.
- Assess the training needs of employees and create tailored learning plans.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with store managers to ensure consistent application of training.
- Stay updated on product launches, brand updates, and market trends.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in retail training, preferably within the retail industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of retail standards and customer service excellence.
- Ability to motivate and engage teams to achieve high performance.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms is a plus.
