Inventory Executive
Industry: Food Processing & Distribution
Basic Salary: $3000 - $3500 ( Based On Experience )
Working Area: Lakeside
Working Days: 9am-6pm (Mon to Fri), 9am-1pm (Sat)
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule multi-temperature inventory according to demands and resources.
- Coordinate with production planner and warehouse team on work prioritization according to delivery schedule.
- Plan, control, and coordinate with procurement team and warehouse team on material deliveries to avoid high stock inventory.
- Monitor material availability for production continuity.
- Close monitoring of inventory supply status and provide prompt alert/communication for actions.
- Monthly review and reporting of slow-moving and obsolete products for action.
- Conduct Daily and Monthly Cycle counts to ensure inventory tally with the system.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holder in a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of Food factory working experience
- Familiar with Fast-Moving Consumer Goods products (FMCG) goods working environment.
- SAP knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of Chinese Mandarin and English is essential.
