Warehouse Picking Line Leader
Industry: Food Processing & Distribution
Basic Salary: $2500 - $3000 ( Based On Experience ) + Cold Room Allowance $100
Working Area: Lakeside
Working Days: 5.5 days (Fixed at one shift)
9am - 6pm / 10am - 7pm / 12pm - 9pm (Monday to Friday)
9am - 1pm / 10am - 2pm / 12pm - 4pm (Saturday)
Job Responsibilities:
- Deploy work based on real-time conditions, follow up on work progress to complete daily work.
- Must report any shortage of goods to the Room in charge or Warehouse Executive & notify QA or supervisor when raw material quality issues are identified.
- Supervising team members to ensure picking accuracy & discipline.
- Ensuring team members follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) diligently, complete checklists, check equipment/machines for abnormalities, complete their daily work.
- Report machine/equipment anomalies to the maintenance team.
- Report to warehouse supervisor when observers are not fit for work.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE “O” Level or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in the Warehouse department
- Knowledge of food hygiene and food safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
