Responsibilities:
- Provide overall legal and administrative support to the legal team, with a focus on compliance matters
- Administer and maintain databases of legal documents and agreements
- Assist in formal correspondence, and legal filings
- Liaise with other departments, overseas counterparts, and external parties where necessary
- Other related tasks assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 1 - 2 years business/ banking administration experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly ethical, discreet and able to maintain confidentiality
