We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our USV team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various administrative requirements, including generating quotations, managing ES accounts, raising purchase orders, performing goods acceptance, and generating ROP. Additionally, the role involves liaising with external contractors such as STEML, STELS, and other subcontractors as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate quotations for various projects and services.
- Manage and maintain ES accounts.
- Raise purchase orders and ensure timely processing.
- Perform goods acceptance and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Generate ROP and other necessary documentation.
- Liaise with external contractors, including STEML, STELS, and other subcontractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide administrative support to the Sea Guardian and Wakeboard O&S teams as required.
Qualifications:
- A background in engineering is required. Diploma.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
