- Managing full-cycle work permit processes (~50pax MYS/NTS)
- Managing Training requirements (such as, CSOC/BCSS/Coretrade etc.)
- Assisting with white-collar employees documentation
- Employee P-Files (Hardcopy/Softcopy)
- Preparation of monthly Overtime payment for workers
- Updating of Employee details in HR database (Times Software)
- Coordination for Internal Company Events
- Provide support to HR team as needed
