Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns to boost and attract talent.
- Collaborate with digital communications teams and creative agencies to manage social media and digital content on platforms like LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Develop and curate digital content to drive engagement and enhance employer brand appeal.
- Create and communicate the employer brand narrative, highlighting employer’s culture, values, and Employee Value Proposition.
- Write reports to submit for HR/Talent-related awards to elevate brand reputation.
- Conduct competitor analysis and create reports to track and improve employer branding efforts.
- Support employee advocacy programs and talent-related initiatives with internal teams and partners.
Requirements
- Min Degree with at least 3 years experience in one or more of these areas – employer/talent branding, corporate branding, digital marketing, PR & communications, and/or recruitment marketing
- Experienced in design/video editing tools such as adobe photoshop, illustrator, premiere pro or equivalent software
- Excellent writing and communication skills
