Trade Finance Services Officer/Senior Officer
This position reports to the Head of Trade Finance Services, Singapore.
The incumbent will support the team in daily delivery and contribute to best practices and customer excellence by having deep and extensive knowledge of processes. The incumbent will continuously analyze and improve the way of working in close cooperation with team colleagues and stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
- Processing Trade Finance transactions, Letters of Credit, and Documentary Collection Settlement.
- Perform sanction checks, vessel tracking, and commodity price checks on relevant trade transactions.
- Support the trade transactions of Asian branches.
- Timely and accurate completion of assigned work.

Requirements
- At least 3 - 5 years of equivalent experience.
- A team player and able to work independently
- Meticulous and results-oriented
- Able to identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvement
- Good computer knowledge of standard applications MS Word, Excel, and Access
- A positive working attitude and ability to multi-task.
