RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Commercial Operations Lead at Capco you will be playing a key role in optimising business performance and driving sustainable growth through strategic planning, streamlined processes, maximising operational efficiency and ensuring profitability.
You’ll have end-to-end ownership of the Operations function and will act as an advisor to the leadership team as well.
Key responsibilities for this role are the following:
- Establish & track KPIs for operational excellence
- Ensure local Managing Partner and Leadership team have clear, consistent and accurate MI on their business
- Deep insight into the pipeline and revenue outlook for the region
- Partner closely with Finance Lead to ensure accurate revenue recognition
- Facilitate the embedding of standard rate cards
- Lead on any profit margin improvement initiatives across the business
- Co-ordinate and input deal review processes where required
- Ensure account team seeks appropriate input from other functions, e.g. legal, risk
- Champion use of and adherence to best practice tools & processes. Work with global Operations team to make enhancements where required
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to facilitate sustainable growth of the business
- Build strong relationship with Resourcing, Finance, Legal, HR, as well as consulting stakeholders
- Team leadership and engagement – fostering an environment where the team can grow & develop
