Your new role
- Assist in conducting user demand research for AI products, gaining an in-depth understanding of user pain points and needs, and providing data support for product optimization.
- Participate in functional testing and experience evaluation of AI products, documenting and providing feedback on user experiences and suggestions for improvement.
- Assist in organizing and analyzing user feedback data, extracting areas for product improvement and new feature requirements.
- Support the product team with tasks such as prototype design and PRD (Product Requirement Document) writing, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of product documentation.
- Monitor industry trends and perform competitor analysis to provide insights for product iteration.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with a background in computer science, mathematics, or related fields preferred.
- Strong interest in AI products and user experience research, with a willingnessto deeply understand user needs.
- Good communication and logical thinking skills, capable of clearly expressing ideas and organizing user requirements.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS) with a certain level of data processing and analysis ability.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and a strong team player, able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Basic knowledge of the AI industry or relevant product/operations experience is preferred.
Bonus Points:
- AI product internship experience or participation in related projects.
- Familiarity with commonly used machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, R) with the ability to handle simple data programming tasks.
