Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of Quality, Safety, and Health professionals to ensure timely delivery for projects
- Evaluate the safety, effectiveness, and efficiency of operations
- Collaborate with project staff to develop and implement WSH strategies
- Foster a safety-focused culture and oversee the company’s ISO compliance
- Provide guidance on EHS legal requirements and ensure compliance with WSH Act and Construction Regulations
- Conduct incident investigations, audits, and safety training sessions, including toolbox talks and inductions
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering or Environmental Health and Safety
- Safety/WSH Officer certification (WSHO) is required
- Ability to lead and guide WSHO personnel
- Strong Minimum organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of government safety, health, and environmental regulations
