Job Description
- The RA has to attend all coordination meetings and maintain the records of such meetings.
- The RA has to review and check the contractor's architectural drawings in tandem with the Civil & Structural and Coordinated combined services model (CCSM) drawings to ensure that all irregularities are highlighted and resolved.
- The RA has to review the contractor's architectural material approval submissions for compliance with the Authority's Requirements.
Requirements
- The RA shall have experience as an Architect, of which at least four(4)years shall be in supervision works of building and construction works.
- The RA shall be in the architectural discipline with architectural degree recognised by Board of Architects(BOA).
