What you will be working on

As an Investigation Officer, you will be responsible for conducting thorough and impartial investigations into various incidents or violations.

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct audits on employers to ensure compliance.
  • Investigate non-compliance issues promptly and thoroughly, documenting findings and recommending appropriate actions.
  • Enforce compliance with employee contribution requirements and recover any outstanding payments from employers.
  • Travel to different places of employment to conduct investigations and facilitate resolution of compliance issues.
  • Handle voluntary self-rectification processes, assisting employers in rectifying compliance issues.
  • Manage and respond to whistleblower reports including investigating allegations of wrongdoing.
  • Maintain accurate records of investigations, audits, and enforcement actions, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

What we are looking for

  • Relevant experience in conducting audits, investigations, or enforcement activities.
  • Good analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyse data, and develop effective solutions.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in gathering, documenting, and analysing evidence.
  • Willingness to travel to different locations as needed for investigations and audits.

The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.

Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
