Operations Support Executive (Changi Area)

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate quotations for various projects and services.

· Manage and maintain ES accounts.

· Raise purchase orders and ensure timely processing.

· Perform goods acceptance and ensure compliance with quality standards.

· Generate ROP and other necessary documentation.

· Liaise with external contractors, including STEML, STELS, and other subcontractors, to ensure smooth project execution.

· Provide administrative support to the Sea Guardian and Wakeboard O&S teams as required.


Qualifications:

· A background in engineering is required. Diploma preferred

· Must be a Singaporean citizen.

· Ability to clear up to security CAT 2A.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


Additional Information:

· This position requires frequent access to confidential information and occasional access to secret information.

· The candidate must adhere to all security protocols and guidelines.
