Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders across different cultural contexts.
· Develop and implement business strategies based on market research and analysis to drive growth and achieve company objectives.
· Lead negotiations and close deals to secure new business and expand existing partnerships.
· Conduct thorough market research to understand trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics in target regions.
· Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with international teams and clients, ensuring cultural sensitivity and understanding.
· Monitor and report on business development activities, performance metrics, and progress towards goals
Qualifications:
· Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of work experience
· Experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving targets.
· Added advantage if you can speak and write Japanese
· Strong sales, negotiation, and analytical skills; proficiency in market research tools; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
