- Position : Supply Chain Analyst (Semiconductor/Japanese Speaking) – Up to Gross $5,000 + Bonus
- Location : North-East – Macpherson
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic up to $4,800 + $200 Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus (Paid out every half a year) + Up to 19 days of Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyse, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor supply chain
- performance.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline supply chain operations and
- enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain
- processes.
- Demand Planning, Forecasting and Inventory Planning:
- Develop accurate demand forecasts, and monitor forecasts based on market trends, sales
- data, and other relevant factors.
- Support development and review of monthly production plans to suppliers.
- Optimize inventory levels and develop inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts
- and excess inventory.
- Monitor inventory performance and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Any other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Diploma with at least 2-3 years of working experience in Semiconductors, Trading or Distributors
- Able to speak Japanese
- Experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in an inventory planning or supply
- chain environment.
- Understanding of inventory management principles and supply chain dynamics.
- Willing to travel overseas to meet customers or suppliers when necessary
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Associates who can only converse in Mandarin
