Job Scope:
• Provide sales and technical support to Sales team
• Liaise with Global team on technical support, product knowledge and application
• Understand and respond to functional and technical elements of customers’ enquiries
• Provide product & technical training to Sales team (internal), and customers (external)
• Provide design and specification development support to consultants, integrators, and customers
• Any other duties/projects as assigned
Qualifications Required:
• Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Mechanical, or Electrical equivalent
• Minimum 3 years relevant work experience
• Knowledge of electric actuators and valve automation preferred
• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Experience in Power, Water, industry and O&G is preferred.
