An extremely dynamic role, you will spearhead brand management initiatives, amplifying brand awareness and consumer engagement through strategic marketing efforts. You will manage and grow the company's agency brands' by working closely with the sales team across the various retail channels.
Key responsibilities:
- Formulate a comprehensive long-term vision and strategy, translating it into actionable commercial plans across the various sales channels.
- Take ownership of developing the execution plan, along with the annual and 3-year Brand Plan.
- Spearhead the creation and execution of integrated 360-degree marketing campaigns, utilizing the most pertinent and contemporary touch points.
- Manage brand promotion budgets and resources to drive productivity and sustainability of brands.
- This position reports to the MD, and you will be required to work cross-functionally with sales team, product management, operations, and finance team in executing business growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, 8+ years of experience in brand management within the FMCG industry, proficiency in category management.
- Experience in product launch strategies, proficiency in retail merchandising, and prior exposure to supply chain dynamics in FMCG.
- Comprehensive understanding of marketing and business functions in the FMCG sector is essential.
- Demonstrated strengths in marketing competencies, especially in Brand Planning, Brand Strategy, Communication, and Media Management.
- The ability to adapt to change, operate effectively in time-constrained and multitasking situations, and strong analytical skill, decision-making, influence, communication, and presentation skills are required.
