Skillset Requirement:
- Support and optimize the performance of software development teams using Agile methodologies.
- Guide and mentor Scrum teams, remove obstacles, and lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME), fostering collaboration within and across teams, helping resolve issues, and supporting team decision-making.
