Warehouse cum Delivery Driver (Furniture Industry)
Salary:
Class 3 (Van): Basic $2500 - $3000 + Incentive;
Class 4 (14ft lorry): Basic: $3000 - $3500 + Incentive
Working hours: 5 days, take turn (Mon – Fri // Tues – Sat), 9am – 6pm
Working Location: Sembawang
Responsibilities:
- Warehouse housekeeping and efficient storage for smooth workflow.
- Stock-In: unloading area (count), holding area (sort) and stowing area (label).
- In-Stock: Inspect stock and delivery items to label and highlight issues.
- Stock-Out picking and sorting for work/delivery order and return and pack daily.
- Delivery and Assembly of furniture (driver
- Repair and Maintenance of furniture.
- Ensuring the warehouse are clean and equipment well maintained. Stacker & pallet jack.
- Comply to safety regulations and security measures for warehouse operations.
Job Requirements:
- Class 3 or 4 driving License is required.
- Experience in organising inventory and warehouse operations.
- Experience in furniture house moving and furniture installation.
- Experience in furniture carpentry & mechanical/electrical servicing.
- Experience in using inventory software to create SKU & barcoding will be a plus.
- Ability to operate power and hand tools, hydraulic jack & forklift or stacker.
