Job Info:
- Salary: Basic $3000 - $3800 + VB (depends on company performance)
- Working Hour: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
- Location: Bendemeer MRT
Job Scope:
- Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs
- Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts
- Coordinating of work effort
- Aadvising on a range of legal and contractual issues
- Valuing completed work and arranging for payments
- Assist the designer in reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements
- Analyse costs for maintenance and additional building needs and then negotiate with contractors and subcontractors
- Maintain proper documentation for all tenders
- Sourcing of quotations and evaluate quotations received from suppliers and sub-contractors
