- Position : Inside Sales/Sales Support Executive(Trading/Raw Materials) – Up to $3,700 + AWS
- Location : Central – Chinatown – Chin Swee Road
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Up to 25 days of Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits + Insurance coverage

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including preparing quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
- Coordinate with internal departments (such as logistics, procurement, and finance) to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports for management and clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Assist in tracking sales performance, preparing monthly sales reports, and analyzing
- sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and other relevant information
- Support marketing activities by coordinating with the marketing team for product launches, events, and promotions.
- Other Ad Hoc Duties assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role, preferably in the trading, distribution, or related industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP/CRM systems.
- Knowledge of the composites, chemicals, or building materials industry is an advantage.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Associates who can only converse in Mandarin
