Job Description
- Handle HR day-to-day tasks.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including work pass applications.
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Manage leave administration and training development.
- Assist in processing payroll and claims.
- Perform other ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- O / A levels / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldwith a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Previous experience in an HR role, preferably within the transport or construction industry, is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Info-Tech HRMS software.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Singapore’s employment laws.
- Willing to work in West area (nearby Gul Circle MRT).
