Objective of the Role:
- You will ensure the consistent operations of all billing related functions, to include timely and accurate month end close.
- You will work with Branch Managers / other department to identify revenue and profit opportunities/risks.
The Role:
- Oversee the billing team members, their performance and team functions.
- Billing jobs from agreed tariffs.
- Suppliers are paid timely to prevent service interruptions and late fees.
- Accurate coding and processing of supplier invoices.
- Monthly reconciliations of supplier statements.
- Reporting and other ad hoc duties as required.
What Do You Need to Have?
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or a Diploma in Accounting or Finance, or any related discipline.
- Incumbents must possess at least 5 years of billing working experience with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills.
- Ability to act with discretion, tact, and professionalism in all situations.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time appropriately.
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Intermediate Excel skills a must. Advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Must be organized, dedicated, and possess excellent communication skills.
- Must have a desire to learn, work independently, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
