- Able to work independently and Supervise Construction work
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and technical specifications
- Attend site meetings and inspections
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Conduct safety toolbox meetings daily
- Ensure compliance with health and safety training and reporting requirements
- Ensure high standards of workmanship and efficiency
- Manage the workshop and ensure all the productions are running smoothly
- Manage issues on-site and resolve them
- Manage the store and ensure all the tools, equipment, PPE, and materials are sufficient
- Manage and arrange transportation and timing for workers for different job site
- Manage and arrange working schedules for staggered off days and rest day
- Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays
- Prepare monthly site progress report
- Record, update, and maintain records for site progress
- Review and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Submission of required documents to authorities
- Supervise and monitor subcontractor work and progress
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
