Job Scope:
- Enter supplier invoices into SAP and map them accordingly.
- Check documents for completeness and clarify with other departments if needed.
- Help with AP audit confirmations and external AR confirmations from vendors' auditors.
- Provide invoice copies for back charges and prepare AP payments in SAP.
- Assist with bank reconciliation tasks and support data migration to the new system.
- Handle general administrative tasks and assist with any other duties assigned by management.
