The incumbent champions all matters relating to digital marketing with a key focus in the US and UK regions spanning from website management and promotional activities to the optimization of digital assets and marketing leads generation, supporting the overall aim of driving web traffic, raising the profile and brand image of the company and increasing revenue.
Responsibilities (Including but not limiting to)
- Influence and implement the paid digital strategy
- Work very close with the paid media agencies to make sure the strategic goals are achieved
- Conduct monthly meetings with key regional executives discussing paid media performance
- Be a team player working with multiple internal teams in getting internal campaign setups
- Create and update brand website content through Sitecore CMS
- Liaise with Sales, Marketing & Revenue teams and external vendors to execute campaigns and promotions on multiple platforms
- Prepare accurate monthly reports by pulling data from multiple sources, including Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
- Responsible for technical SEO; apply SEO best practices, so that pages are indexed and presented well on the search engine
- Edit and update digital creative assets to augment digital marketing activities with a focus on paid media
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing, Business and/or related fields
- Experience handling CMS for a website; familiarity with Sitecore is a plus
- Proven track record as a digital marketer in a multi-continent or multi-country capacity; experience working in hotel chains will be hugely advantageous
- Experience in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Social media campaign management and Adobe Photoshop experience is preferred
- Experience in managing paid media
