Reception
Handle frontline services and telephone inquiries.
Attend to unwell students and render first aid if needed.
Administer lost and found items.
Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the Reception Area at all times.
General Administration
Assist with general administrative tasks such as handling mail, faxing, receiving goods, photocopying assignments, and issuing certificates.
Assist in data entry, record keeping, and filing of documents.
Support school events and perform any duties as assigned by the school.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience of the Contractor’s Personnel
At least a GCE O Levels Certification or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Proficient in basic IT skills (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good customer service skills.
