- Data entry and preparation of payment vouchers and documents related to accounts payable.
- Student Administration:
- Assist in the administration of applications for bursaries and financial assistance for students from low-income families.
- Liaise with parents for document verification and issue approval letters to successful applicants.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain records of monthly utilities and telecom usage.
- Track photocopy usage on a monthly basis.
- Manage donation records and send acknowledgements to donors through Thank You cards.
- Customer Service:
- Provide support at the front counter when the receptionist is unavailable, including serving walk-in customers such as parents, students, staff, and contractors.
- Answer and direct telephone calls to relevant staff members.
- Issue keys and remote controllers to staff and contractors.
- Cover librarian duties during her absence.
Emergency and Safety Teams:
Assist in the deployment of emergency and safety teams as required by the school.
Other Duties:
Perform any other duties as assigned by the school.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
Educational Requirements:
Minimum 3 subject passes including English at GCE ‘O’ Level or Grade 3 for ‘N’ Level (NA) or equivalent in the English medium.
Skills:
Good communication skills in English (preferably conversant in Mandarin).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
Experience:
Relevant experience in school finance and administration would be an advantage.
