Summary
This role is part of the ASPAC team - HCP Experience Product Group – and responsible for providing best in class customer experience and capabilities solutions to the commercial business in a product centric operating model. This role reports into the CRM product owner and is based in Singapore.
Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Subject matter expert of CRM & its ecosystem
- Engage with markets stakeholders to deliver the strategic product roadmap and identify opportunities for CRM innovation
- Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the success of business customers using the product
- Execute product roadmap to drive the delivery of customer value
- Collaborate with business and vendor partners to translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria with adherence to SDLC frameworks
- Own and prioritize the product backlog based on internal product team and external customer needs
- Helps establish and maintain processes for working in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks
- Prioritizes and aligns timing with business and IT partners to ensure overall alignment
- Support audits & related activities
- Support change management and training programs
- Support a positive team culture in order to enable an authentic and open environment that growths with the diverse experiences and perspectives of the team
Required experience & skills
- Degree in any IT fields with minimum 2 years product management, consulting, or related fields
- Understanding SDLC methodologies
- Proven cross-discipline and group collaboration with ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical ability
- High attention to detail and passion for quality
Preferred experience & skills
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial sales & marketing landscape
- Agile project management
- JIRA/Confluence experience
- Coaching experience of junior level team members
