Job Scope :
Senior Crewing Executive
- Lead and supervise team members, manage workload, and evaluate performance.
- Source new seafarers and arrange interviews for senior officers with department heads.
- Contact former seafarers for redeployment.
- Verify seafarers' certificates and arrange medical check-ups as required by Charterer.
- Check certificate authenticity with relevant authorities and apply for Flag State licenses.
- Maintain updated seafarer personnel files and monitor certificate/document expiry.
- Update crew planning/rotation lists and ensure timely, cost-effective crew changes.
- Handle crew joining, repatriation, flight bookings, visa applications, and immigration clearances.
Crewing Executive
- Source new seafarers and arrange interviews for senior officers.
- Verify seafarer certificates and coordinate medical check-ups as per Charterer's requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date personnel files, monitor document expiry, and update crew planning lists.
- Ensure prompt and cost-effective execution of crew changes.
- Liaise with crew and port agents for joining/repatriation, including visa applications. Handle immigration and outward port clearances.
- Update crew records in the management system and perform other duties as assigned by the Crewing Manager.
