Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct business and user requirements study with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Involve in project life-cycle phases, including analysis, design, testing, development, and deployment.
- Responsible to configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet business requirements.
- Responsible to integrate Business Central to other enterprise systems (such as COGNOS, Jedox, FIS) and any 3rd party applications.
- Responsible for document integration processes and data migration strategies.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to Dynamics 365.
- Troubleshoot any basic technical issues between systems and servers, including exercising server restart and moving files around, when necessary.
- Apply relevant APIs, as well as middlewares, to ensure smooth and proper data exchange between systems.
- Perform regular monitoring of system performance, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure timely project deliverables, and that they meet the required quality standards.
- Maintain integration architecture and technical documentation, including design specifications and user manuals.
- Conduct end-users training when implemented new functionalities.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV, and CRM.
- Experience in implementation, administration, and support.
- Good knowledge of SQL, REST APIs and PowerApps.
- Good understanding of Business Processes.
- Ability to analyse functional specifications.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are advantaged.
