Job Description:
1.Develop and execute e-commerce sales strategies to drive online revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
2.Manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms, including website management, product listings, pricing, and promotions.
3.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify trends, and implement actionable insights to improve conversion rates and customer retention.
4.Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO), to drive traffic and sales.
5.Work closely with office and warehouse operation, courier to ensure timely shipments & inventory management and review the fulfilment / delivery options at all times.
6. Other tasks assigned by the manager.
