A leading healthcare organisation is dedicated to improving the well-being and quality of life for individuals and families is seeking to appoint an experienced Risk Manager to design, implement, and oversee a comprehensive risk management process. The Role
- Develop and enforce risk management policies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards. Establish and maintain risk monitoring systems to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
- Create and implement comprehensive risk policies and Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) governance measures. Enhance risk awareness through targeted training programs and develop tailored risk reports for various stakeholders.
- Provide senior management with regular updates on significant risks, including detailed analysis and recommendations. Conduct workshops to enhance their understanding of risk implications and management strategies.
- and maintain a business continuity plan to ensure operational resilience during disruptions. Implement and oversee health and safety measures to ensure compliance and protect employees.
- Perform regular audits to assess and improve risk management processes. Review major contracts to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring alignment with organizational policies.
- Oversee the appointment of a qualified Data Protection Officer (DPO) to manage data protection issues and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
The Requirements & Qualifications
- Over 8 years of extensive experience in risk management and governance, including policy development, implementation, and understanding of risk control frameworks.
- Proficient in PDPA activity, including training and business engagement, with knowledge of workplace safety and data governance frameworks.
- Strong ability to collaborate across teams, manage a small team, interact with stakeholders, and provide regulatory compliance experience, supported by a relevant Bachelor’s degree.
