You will play a critical role in shaping and executing content strategies that drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness within our enterprise customer segment.This role requires a deep understanding of content marketing, industry trends, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross departments.
Responsibilities
1. Proven experience in developing and executing paid media strategies across various online advertising channels, including but not limited to Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Pinterest Ads, and Tiktok Ads
2. Design, Create, and Develop a media promotions calendar and content calendar, which covers the promotion of the company services, achievements, celebrations
3.Create engaging social media content that builds brand awareness and drives engagement with the target audience.
4.Monitor, respond, and engage with social media followers and customers. Conduct social media listening and monitoring to track brand mentions and gather insights.
5.Analyze social media performance metrics and report on key insights. Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
6.Build and maintain relationships with social media influencers and partners. Photography and videography of behind-the-scenes at events for content. Assist in internal photography and videography.
7.Keep abreast of social media trends as well as market intelligence. Undertake any related tasks/duties that may be assigned.

9. Collaborate with cross-department teams to ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and messaging
10. Collaborate with KOLs to co-create content, leveraging their expertise and influence to enhance content quality and reach.

12. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirement
1. Effectively bilingual in both English and Chinese, both as working language.
2. Experienced in social media management and content development.
3. Basic knowledge of photography, videography, and editing.
4. Must be detail-oriented.
5. Minimum Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Communications or related fields from a recognized tertiary institution.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills.
7. Mondays-Fridays (2pm-6pm)

Qualification
1.Graduate Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Communications or related fields from a recognized tertiary institution.
