Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaigns & Strategy:
• Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, events).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for promotional activities.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Work with external agencies, designers, and vendors to ensure the timely and effective delivery of marketing materials.
Social Media & Digital Marketing:
• Manage and update the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish content that aligns with the company’s brand and marketing objectives.
• Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools, making data-driven decisions to improve engagement.
• Assist in managing paid digital campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to increase brand visibility and lead generation. Market Research & Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audience preferences, and competitive activities.
• Analyze consumer behavior data to understand the needs and preferences of the target audience.
• Assist in gathering customer feedback and insights to refine marketing strategies. Event & Promotion Support:
• Support the planning and execution of marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Assist with organizing trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business goals. Branding & Content Creation:
• Ensure that all marketing communications are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines.
• Assist in the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, and product descriptions.
• Contribute to the company’s content marketing efforts by writing blog posts, articles, Social Medial and email campaigns.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing platforms).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and brand development.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in graphic design or familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus
