The Head of Human Resources will lead and oversee all human resource functions for the company, aligning HR strategies with the organization’s goals. This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and programs that foster a productive and positive work environment, drive organizational effectiveness, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform duties as Head of Human Resources for Asia Region
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational change and support business transformation initiatives.
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Implement and oversee employee engagement initiatives and maintain a high level of employee satisfaction.
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure alignment with market standards.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee the performance management process, implement performance metrics and analytics to measure HR effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present HR reports and analytics to senior management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Oversee recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Promote and facilitate change management processes to support company growth and transformation.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to build a high-performing department.
- Allocate resources effectively and manage departmental budgets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 15+ years of managerial experience within HR field
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and manage complex HR projects
