I am representing a growing innovative learning and development organization to working professionals within the APAC region and they count some of the largest fortune 500 companies in the world as their clientele.
As part of their business expansion , they are seeking a driven and independent “Sales Manager” to help raise awareness and develop new business opportunities for the organization.
About the job
Reporting to the CEO directly , your responsibilities will includes the following
- You will be tasked to work closely with the leadership team in Asia to develop appropriate sales strategies that is aligned with organizational”s objectives and mission
- You will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities and working with global marketing teams to follow up on qualified leads and prospects
- With a proactive approach to research and identify relevant audiences , untapped markets to help generate sales, new leads and opportunities
- You will be responsible for identifying and implementing improvements to optimize performance and provide suggestions to the leadership and marketing team
- To prepare business proposals to prospects and for developing tenders when required
- You will also be tasked with maintaining CRM database to ensure information and sales activities are regularly updated for future follow-up purposes
Skills and experience required
- Min 4-5 years of relevant sales experience in a consulting , education or HR solutions background
- Entrepreneurship spirits who is able to work independently and be adaptable to an agile environment with strong desire to exceed expectations
- Able to work well and collaborate with both internal (marketing, operations) and external stakeholders
