About the Role:
As a Retail Training & Performance Specialist, you will oversee the training function within the organization, focusing on enhancing customer service standards and optimizing retail sales processes. Collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will identify training needs, design effective training programs, and ensure their successful execution for retail staff and office teams. Your role will be pivotal in driving continuous improvement in training methodologies to support business objectives.

Overview:
- Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Office Location: East Area, Singapore
- Compensation: Up to SGD 3,500 (Basic) + Addtional Allowance
Additional Benefits: Annual Wage Supplement (AWS, 13th Month Bonus) - Travelling Requirements: Occasional travel within Singapore (2 - 3 times per month) for retail store training; monthly travel within SEA countries (1 - 2 times)
Job Responsibilities:
- Fully responsible for the retail training function within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify training needs and develop action plans.
- Recommend and implement continuous improvements to training processes.
- Design and deliver engaging classroom and on-the-job training sessions for retail staff and office teams.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on customer service and retail sales processes.
- Actively mentor retail staff to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Maintain accurate training records and administer training logistics.
- Curate and manage a library of training resources and assets.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail training and development.
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to travel frequently within Singapore and occasionally within SEA countries for retail training purposes.
