Job Scope:
- Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition processes, workforce planning, and succession planning. Develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to fulfill hiring needs and oversee recruitment.
- Oversee salary benchmarking and compensation strategy to ensure competitiveness and equity.
- Manage employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain an effective performance management system that aligns employee goals with organizational objectives. Provide guidance to managers on performance management practices, oversee the performance review process.
- Enhance HR workflows, policies, productivity initiatives, and promoting a positive work environment.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors' degree or above with more than 7 years of experience as a HRBP
- Take ownership of the BP role and have a sense of responsibility and pride to assist the business teams to achieving greater success.
- Demonstrated initiative in a fast-moving environment; proactive problem solver, roll-up-one’s-sleeves attitude.
Working Location: Near Stadium MRT
Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am to 6.00pm (5 days work week)
