Monday – Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)
Location: Pioneer Crescent West Park BizCentral
Salary: $3,300 to $4,500
Requirement:
- At least 2 years relevant experience in plant operation or manufacturing
- Process Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Process Engineering or equivalent
Responsibilities:
Plant Operations
- Identify root cause and troubleshoot production and equipment issues, implementing corrective actions and process improvements.
- Provide technical support to ensure production line efficiency and reliability.
- Track and analyse machine and process parameters to provide feedback for problem resolution and to improve efficiency.
- Conduct feasibility studies, equipment criticality and risk assessments for production equipment and systems.
Plant Maintenance
- Maintain various technical documents/drawings such as equipment specifications, machine records, vendors list, spare parts list etc
- Interface with equipment vendors to understand maintenance requirements, spare parts availability and service contracts if any.
- Coordinate maintenance activities between different teams.
- Manage and upkeep plant critical spares
People
- Collaborate with production and tooling team to achieve targets, product quality, operational and productivity improvements.
- Ensure the use of safe work practices and behaviors.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and training to production team.
Other responsibilities
- Ensure compliance to QEHS requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
