- Strong foundation in kitchen operation (Fast Food, Quick Casual Dining restaurant)
- Manage kitchen work flow and stock inventory
- Hands on leader, lead by example
- Willing to extend working hours whenever is required
- Keen to learn and adapt into new environment, apply experience/skillset accordingly

Qualification
