With our expansion, we are now seeking a hands-on Brand Project Manager who can strategically drive the promotion and positioning of our solutions, develops marketing campaigns, collaborates with partners, and analyzes markets trends to maximize product adoption and revenue growth.


This position is perfect for someone who is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on contributor, passionate about driving successful marketing campaigns from concept to completion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop and coordinate the marketing effort for product portfolios during all stages of product life cycle (launch to end of service)
  • Develop product strategies and implement business plans based on strong understanding of competitive and market landscape
  • Design pricing strategies, promotions, and tactical programs to drive for revenue across direct and channel avenues
  • Identify and formulate appropriate product positioning, messaging, value proposition and differentiation for product portfolio
  • Work with strategic partners, third parties and regional marketing teams to drive compelling go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities to strengthen the product positioning in existing and new markets
  • Provide fair, timely and effective deal support for qualified support requests e.g pricing support, positioning for customer engagement
  • Cross collaboration with business unit stakeholders to implement and operationalize business initiatives and activities
  • Conduct training and facilitate knowledge transfer to the sales force
  • Support business and operational reviews by conducting analysis using internal and external data (product, revenue, market, industry) to derive insights that will drive business decisions and recommendations
  • Support product management operations in the areas of contest tracking, collateral production, stock management and product related system (IT) matters.
  • Requirements:
  • An effective team player who is self-driven, able to work independently within a fast paced environment and able to manage ambiguity
  • Understanding and managing stakeholders needs, barriers and able to connect the dots.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy and messaging and creative development
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written, analytical and verbal communications skills, with an ability to adapt messaging to relevant audiences

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of branding and project management experience in direct and hands-on marketing execution
  • Preferred to have achieved a minimum of managerial role at previous company
  • Strong understanding of brand & marketing strategies and tools (Brand Guide, Rollout Campaign, social media calender, content marketing strategies, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability deep-dive into projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in project management with stakeholders, vendors and familiarity with generation of reports and outcome
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
  • A problem-solver with a proactive approach to both project management and execution
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field

Preferred experience/knowledge:

  • Experience in brand extension & rebranding
  • Familiarity with brand transformation for SME
  • Previous experience in a creative agency
