Job Overview:
We’re looking for driven and motivated Sales Executives to join our growing team. This role offers a competitive base salary with significant earning potential through commissions. Successful Sales Executives have the opportunity to earn up to $10,000 per month during peak performance periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their needs and work closely with the operations and design teams to create tailored event solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our event management services and highlighting the unique value we offer.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company goals. Ensure all agreements are profitable and meet the client’s expectations.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Use this knowledge to position our services effectively and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Project Manager and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction. Provide feedback from the market to help refine our offerings.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and results. Use CRM tools to manage client information and sales processes efficiently.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in event management, hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- A passion for events and a deep understanding of the event management industry.
